At Colony Animal Hospital, our top priority is to give you and your pet the focused attention and care that you both deserve. Our Newport News veterinarians believe in working with you as partners in your pet’s care. We take time to answer your questions, explain your pet’s healthcare options, and address any concerns you may have about your pet’s care. We’re committed to doing everything possible to improve your pet’s health and well-being so that you can enjoy many happy years together.
We’re extremely proud of our long-standing reputation for providing excellent veterinary care and customer service. Our facility first opened its doors in 1962, and our Newport News veterinarians have been serving local pets and their families ever since. Conveniently located on Warwick Boulevard in Newport News, we gladly welcome pets from all over the Hampton Roads area.
Why Choose Us
We’re committed to providing the very best veterinary medicine and client services. This commitment to quality can be seen in our American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accreditation. AAHA is a prestigious non-profit organization that sets the standard for excellence in veterinary medicine. Their standards are so hard to meet that fewer than 15% of all animal hospitals and clinics in North America ever earn the honor of accreditation.
As a full-service AAHA-accredited animal hospital, we provide a wide array of veterinary services. Some of the state-of-the-art services offered by our Newport News veterinarians include:
- Comprehensive wellness exams
- Pet vaccinations
- Parasite control
- Behavioral counseling
- Pet diagnostics care
- Senior pet care
- Surgical services
- Nutritional counseling
- Pet dentistry
- Exotic pet care
